Healthy eating VS weight loss, yes they are completely different To lose weight you need to start eating healthy, said by many people. Well, it is WRONG. Sure eating healthy has benefits, your blood pressure to go back to normal levels, your heart won’t be as strained as it used to be, breathing will be easier, you will wake up feeling energetic instead of feeling heavy, you stomach won’t suffer indigestion as it used to before, your “bathroom habits” will become easier and more flowing as in no constipation and no burning sensations, but would you lose weight ?
